Experience: I started in the appraisal business in 2002 and have been appraising in the Puget Sound region ever since. I have experience appraising single family homes, townhomes, condominiums, duplexes, triplexes, fourplexes, manufactured homes, waterfront properties, and homes on acreage. I grew up in Seattle and on Bainbridge Island and I know the area very well.
Personal: I live in Edmonds with my girlfriend and a goofy cat. I enjoy listening to and playing music, following the local sports teams, watching movies, skiing at Whistler, bowling, the occasional night on the town, and, of course, appraising!
