There are two ways to order an appraisal.  You can call or text 206-465-1293 at anytime (day or night) and communicate directly with Andrew.  Or email to andrew@cornerwiseappraisal.com.  If you choose to email an order, please include your name and company contact information, property address, owner/borrower name, type of appraisal needed, and property contact information.

As soon as we receive your order you can expect us to contact the borrower/owner within 24 hours, but usually much sooner than that.  Our turn-around times can vary depending on type of appraisal, location, and complexity, but generally we can get a completed report back to you within 24 to 48 hours of inspecting the property.  Our preferred method of delivery is via email, but we can mail reports if needed.
